With the Federal Election Commission being involved in the January PF topic, I looked into what the FEC does and who's involved. What I found was intriguing..said no one ever. I hate to sound cynical and it's important for debaters to understand the Who, Why, etc. regarding the FEC, but beyond a basic understanding of what function it serves there's very little controversy.
