NFL has now released the list of potential topics for 2013 Sept. Public Forum.  The topic area is nuclear proliferation.  Coaches will be voting for one of the following topics:

Resolved: Unilateral military force by the United States is justified to prevent nuclear proliferation.

Resolved: Proliferation of nuclear weapons is a greater threat to the United States than proliferation of biological and chemical weapons.
